The Savannah Republican states 36 as the gain to the Troup party, from the last election to the State Legislature: in the H. of R. a majority of 8 or 10 against Gen. Clark, and 2 or 3 in the Senate.

The Georgian states the following are elected to Congress (the 7th District yet to be heard from.)—For the 1st District, E. F. Tattnall*; 2nd, John Forsyth*; 3rd, W. Thompson*; 4th, W. Lumpkin; 5th, C. E. Haynes*; 6th, T. Fort. Those with an asterisk, are in the present Congress. The 2 others are of the 'Clark party.'
