They write from Hanover, That the Clause in the 8th Article of the Treaty of Aix la-Chapelle, (which Stipulated that the Claim of a certain Sum of Money, which his Majesty, as Elector of Hanover, has upon the Crown of Spain, should be forthwith settled in an amicable Manner, by Commissioners appointed for the Purpose on both Sides, or in such other Manner as they might agree upon, not being yet executed, the Regency of that Electorate lately sent over a Memorial to the King, praying his Majesty to get this Affair terminated; in Consequence of which, Orders have since been sent to the Ambassador to make proper Representations to the Spanish Ministry.
