SAN FRANCISCO, July 24. - Many of the delegates to the recent Pacific Relations Institute at Honolulu returned here late yesterday on the liner Wilhelmshaven, expressing great satisfaction with the conference results.

William Allen White, famous editor of Emporia, Kansas, commented on the manner in which Hawaiians, Japanese and Chinese have taken to baseball.

White asserted his conversation with Japanese delegates convinced him that Japan has accepted the alien land act in good spirit and is content to accept the present situation.
