There will be an Indian village of Nevada Lillie, of Toppenish. He will have nearly half a hundred aborigines...
Indians on exhibition, most of whom were in the party that recently accompanied L. V. McWhorter to the Astor centennial celebration at Astoria. The one who will attract the most attention, if present, will be the woman more than 100 years of age, believed to be the oldest person in the state of Washington. She distinctly remembers Doctor McLaughlin, whom she and other Indians refer to as "White Hair."
Friday night on the Midway will be the scene of the masked carnival, battle of confetti, etc. This event is to be the great one of the week, and every person is advised to hold himself in readiness to be present to enjoy the festivities.
