A murder was committed at East Windsor, Conn. last week, by Nathaniel Curtin, a mulatto, upon the person of George Fletcher, a black man; they worked together in the manufacture of baskets—a dispute ensued between them, when Curtis ordered Fletcher to leave his house; and when out, struck him a violent blow upon the head with a hoe, which caused his death. Curtis immediately fled, and has not yet been found.

[Curtis was apprehended in this town on Saturday last, and carried back to Connecticut.—Rep.]
