COMMISSION TAKES A RECESS

After Spending a Week Revising Jury Lists

After spending four or five days this week in the biennial revision of the jury lists of Sumter, the jury commission- ers took a recess yesterday until Thursday morning, 11th. The commission- ers have finished with all the districts of the county except the 27th. or city district, and will complete their work in two days. It is not known as yet the result of their work, or whether many names were added or omitted in this revision of the jury box.

The commissioners are Messrs. C. C. Sheppard, J F. Bolton, George Oliver, J. R. Battle, Evan T. Smith, Lee Johnson.
