LONDON, June 14.

Last night an officer came express to the Admiralty from Portsmouth announcing the arrival of Earl Howe with his victorious fleet at Spithead.

PLYMOUTH, June 12.

This morning arrived here 18 sail of the line and 6 frigates (belonging to Lord Howe's fleet) under the command of Admiral Graves, and Rear Admiral Montague; the remainder of the fleet passed this port for Portsmouth last night, with the French ships of war in company which Lord Howe captured on the first of June, viz.
