Deputy Pure Food Inspector Anton Prestwick has resigned his position with the Pure Food department and accepted a position with the Interstate Surety Company of Redfield. The new position carries with it a very handsome salary. Mr. Prestwick will have practically the same territory he has been making for the Pure Food department with the Black Hills added. The work is much more pleasant and the opportunity for advancement much better. The Pure Food and Drug department have lost a valuable assistant in Mr. Prestwick. He had a peculiar aptitude for the work and the rigid enforcement of the law in this territory is due to his activity. Mr. Prestwick and his family will of course continue to reside in Summit. The Interstate Surety Company is a growing corporation and its management has shown good judgment in securing the services of Mr. Prestwick.—Summit Independent.
