Both school cafeterias, at the Elementary and at the High School building opened with the first full day of school Wednesday, serving a menu of chicken and noodles, green beans, carrots and celery sticks, fruit and milk.
The menu for the next five-day period is as follows: Thursday— Hot meat sandwich, buttered peas and carrots, tossed salad, cinnamon crisp, milk; Friday- Tuna sandwich, sliced tomatoes, corn, fruit jello, milk; Monday- Meatloaf, mixed vegetables,
rolls, cherry pudding, bread and butter, milk.
Tuesday-Baked potato with butter, cabbage salad, cheese slices, melon, bread and butter and milk; Wednesday-Wiener sandwich, baked beans, carrots and celery, peach half, milk.
Meals are sold to the children for 30 cents and adults, 35 cents.
