DAYTON, O., June 13.—Jimmie O'Leary, middleweight prizefighter, was locked in the station house on a charge of robbery, and if all the circumstances tending to his conviction pan out he will train with the convict class at Columbus for several years to come. His alleged accomplice in the robbery, Duffy, alias Johnson, alias Gilmore and otherwise called "Cincinnati" Jim, is also under arrest for participation in the crime. Thomas Flight, a deaf mute, was the victim. He was on his way home when two men approached, one of whom struck him with a leather club filled with shot. Flight was knocked senseless, and after the robbers, tired of kicking and beating their insensible victim, they robbed him of a silver watch and $2 in cash.
