MURDER SUSPECT RELEASED.

West Chester, April 20.—Charles Harley, charged with the murder of his housekeeper, Isabelle Ridgeway, and her 5-year-old son, some three weeks ago, at his home, near Dutton's Mill, was released here yesterday after a habeas corpus hearing, and after receiving some congratulations from some of his neighbors left for his home. The testimony was lengthy and varied, but nothing new from what was given before the coroner and the magistrate was produced. The counsel on either side argued at length and with much zeal, but Judge Hemphill denied that there was anything to show that death had not been produced by suicide and that Harley was in any way connected with the deaths.
