Mobocracy.—We find in the Vicksburg Sentinel of the 11th inst. the subjoined postscript :

Last evening, after our form was made up, we received the following highly important intelligence :

Destruction of the Real Estate Bank at Decatur

As our paper went to press, we were informed by a gentleman direct from Decatur, (Ms.) that the Real Estate Bank at that place was set fire to by a mob, and burned, together with all the books and papers. Nothing was saved. He also stated that much excitement prevailed; and it was feared that if the mob was not quelled, they would wreak their vengeance upon the persons and property of the directory.
