MAN ARRESTED FOR POINTING SHOTGUN AT Neighbor And tenant

Jessie Ellison, 58, of 905 Fuller Av, was arrested July 28, on a citizens warrant signed by Tommy Adams, of 903 Fuller Av., St. Paul. Adams reported Ellison had threatened to shoot him with a shotgun. Police who went to investigate found a loaded shotgun in Mr Ellison's home. Ellison told police Adams owed him rent and was planning to move without paying up his rent. Ellison was taken to headquarters and booked on a charge of pointing and aiming a loaded weapon at a human being. Ellison pled not guilty to the charge in municipal court July 29. The case was continued to August 18.
