Reds Order Conscription
Of Their Labor Reserves

MOSCOW, Oct. 3.-(Thursday)
(P)-Soviet Russia ordered conscription
of her labor reserves today de-
creeing technical training of 500,000
to 1,000,000 teen-age boys annually
all of whom will be required to work
at state industrial jobs for four years
following their period of instruction.

The first call-up begins Nov. 10,
providing for 350,000 to be mustered
into railroad schools and 250,000 into
other industrial classes.
