Uproar During the Debate on the Workmen's Pension Bill.
PARIS, June 6.—In the Chamber of Deputies to-day M. Deroulede demanded urgency for the workmen's pension bill introduced by M. Constans, minister of the interior. His appeal brought out a cry of "Deroulede is Boulanger's domestic." M. Deroulede retorted hotly, and a scene of uproar ensued. Three ineffectual attempts were made to vote expulsion of M. Deroulede and finally urgency was voted by 347 to 87 amid the greatest excitement.
