ADDRESS SENIOR
CLASS TONIGHT
Commencement exercises for the
1947 Senior Class of Juneau High
School will be held tonight at 8
o'clock in the High School Gymnasium,
with 52 graduates receiving
diplomas.
Judge George W. Folta will deliver
the Commencement address,
and the Rev. Willis R. Booth the
invocation.
On the program are marches by
the High School Band, trombone
and clarinet solos, songs by a mixed
chorus and the Girls Glee Club,
and a trumpet duet.
Making perhaps his last appearance
as leader of the High School
Band will be Joseph Shofner, and
Miss Cordelia Keppinger is making
her farewell appearance as instructor
of the Glee Club and chorus.
