A Valuable Relic.—We are indebted to Mr. A. T. Wilson, of Union, Tenn., for the privilege of perusing a volume of speeches made in the Congress of 1840-41. The volume contains the acrimonious debates on the National Bank and the course of President Tyler. The work seems to have been compiled to order by ex-President Polk, and bears his autograph on the second page of the cover. The autographs of Hon. Henry Waterson and Hon. A. O. P.
