The meeting convened by adjournment on Thursday, and the committee appointed, reported a plan together with several resolutions on the subject matter referred to their consideration; also an address to the citizens of this commonwealth, respecting the same, which were all severally related and unanimously agreed to. The late hour of the day at which this important business was completed, renders it impracticable for the printers to publish the proceedings in this week's gazette. By order of the meeting, hand bills containing a full state of their proceedings will be published on Monday, and the whole will appear in the next week's gazette.
