Investors Talk With Clark Students

It isn't often that college students get to talk with men whose daily business affairs is in terms of millions of dollars.

Clark College's business administration students had this opportunity this week as three representatives from a firm with over a billion dollars in assets visited the campus.

They were Eugene Habas, Robert H. Daniel and Donald Larabee, who represent the Hugh W. Long Company, national underwriters for investments trusts. They discussed such aspects of their business as the responsibility which exists to investors, the techniques involved in investing shareholders' money, investment research and the value of an investment program for an alumni association with the college as beneficiary.

The program was sponsored by Clark's class in Fundamentals of Investing, taught by Randall L. Tyus. Mr. Tyus is an account executive of Bache and Company of New York. He is on leave to serve as Associate Director of Clark's Development Program this year.
