TO THE HON. WM. H. HARRISON.

Thousands of women and children, the survivors of the massacres of the wilderness, and escaped from the scalping knife of the savage allies of Tecumseh, rest on your arm for protection.

The banner of Harrison, Liberty, and the Constitution, is now flung to the breeze, inscribed with the inspiring language of the eloquent Barbour—'One precedent creates another—then the integrity of the public servants—the safety of the public money—and the general good of the people.'
