We should have had two Packets from Ireland yesterday; the Boat which came from Donaghadee brought none, which prevents me from certainly informing you of the Truth of this Affair. [Altho' we cannot be Supposed to wish otherwise than well to the common Cause, yet we must doubt the foregoing Piece of Intelligence. Seeing that Capt. Chambers was obliged to put into Belfast Soon after he Sailed from Liverpool, and at that Place heard nothing of the Affair, being now only nine Weeks and three Days from that Port, which must bring it between the 15th and 18th of November.]"
