Supreme Court to Pass on Several Waterbury Matters.
New Haven, Oct 27. Twenty New Haven county cases are on the docket for the consideration of the supreme court of errors which began the October term here today. Among the cases are: Frederick A. Betts, insurance commissioner, vs the Connecticut Life Insurance Co of Waterbury, remonstrant's appeal; the City of Waterbury vs the Platt Bros. & Co, applicant's appeal; James H. Campbell, appeal from probate, appellant's appeal; James D. Pickles vs. the City of Ansonia, defendant's appeal and motion for a new trial.
