Court Suit to Follow Segregation in School

Pittsburgh, Pa. Following the refusal of the principal of Brentwood Borough High School to admit Evelyn and William Burnett, colored children. John Burnett, their father, protested to the board of education. He received no answer to his protest, and Mr. Burnett then took the matter up with the Pittsburgh branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, who are preparing to file suit against the officials of the school.

After an investigation, the N.A.A.C.P. sent a letter to the principal and the township board secretary. They received no answer.
