QUESTION MOTORMAN
Monroe, Mich., Sept. 3. (AP)—William Owen, Toledo veteran motorman, will be questioned by officials of the Detroit Union Railway Co. as to why he failed to wait on a siding for the passage of a south bound car on the same line in an effort to determine responsibility for the collision of the cars near yesterday; which resulted in the loss of eight lives and injury to more than 5 persons.

Officials say there was an order for the motorman of the north bound car to await passage of the south bound limited at the siding.
