Miss Jones, who was lately murdered in Gloucestershire, was a great benefactor to the wretch who committed the horrid deed. She put him to his apprentice. This poor young lady was to have been married in a fortnight to an amiable gentleman of large fortune, who has since the dreadful event, kept his bed in a high fever, and is delirious.

The late Miss Jones, of Nass in Gloucestershire, who was unfortunately murdered, was about 23 years of age, and very beautiful, though rather short, and of the most mild and benevolent disposition: at the death of an old aunt, now upwards of 80, she would have come to a fortune of 80,000.
