Gentlemen:
The holiday season is a time to be grateful, and we of the War Savings Staff would be derelict in our duty if we failed to express our sincere thanks to you and your staff for your splendid contribution. By continuous emphasis on the importance and obligation of every one to purchase War Bonds, Montanans have set a mark in which all of us can be proud.
Deserved credit for this record should be given to the thousands of War Savings committeemen throughout the state and the issuing agents.
Because of this contribution toward helping to finance the war and fighting inflation on the home front, the men and women on the fighting front can better carry on to victory. We know Montanans will never fail them.
Sincerely yours,
Wm. H. Bartley,
Administrator for Montana
War Savings Staff.
