A New Orleans police sergeant, Hubert Badeaux, was the featured speaker at the Jackson meeting and told of his experiences with Communist infiltration.
He previously had testified against alleged Negro Communists in a Baton Rouge hearing of the Louisiana legislature.
"For years," said the little woman, "I didn't know where my husband spent his evenings. One night I got home early, and there he was."
