DR. MAHAR WILL STAY,

But It Looks as If Dr. Moran Would be Obliged to Leave.

It is announced positively today that Dr. Mahar will remain in the pastorate of St. Vincent's church. His visit to the Bishop Monday resulted in the recall of the order transferring him to St. Patrick's church, Cleveland.

It is now believed that Dr. Moran, pastor of St. Mary's church, will be transferred from this city, but nothing definite will be known until late this evening, when an official notice from the bishop is expected.

Speaking of the matter today, Dr. Moran said, "I know absolutely nothing definite about the situation but it looks as if I would be transferred from here."
