Police Report. Several young men who happened in at the Railroad Exchange last evening, unfortunately, for them, got into a quarrel, which seems to have originated between Bailey Kinner and Charles Banscher. A free fight between the whole party soon occurred, during which Policemen Schneider and Barthalow came in and stopped it. This was between twelve and one o'clock. Security was taken for the appearance of the parties in the police court this morning, and they went home. This morning they appeared before Magistrate Connelly, who, after hearing the facts, fined Bailey Kinner $10 and costs, and Wm.
