Before Judge Inglis.
Oct. 31.—The People ex. rel. J. A. Barry vs. Thos. R. Mercein and others—This was an application for a habeas corpus to bring up the bodies of Mrs. Barry and child. It appeared that John A. Barry had appealed from the late decision of the Chancellor to the Supreme Court, and that tribunal had directed the Judges of the Common Pleas to hear the parties. His counsel therefore moved for a habeas corpus, which was granted, and Monday next appointed to hear the case.
