London, Sept. 16. The Advices from Hungary continue to give us but a miserable Account of the Imperial Affairs on that Side : The Germans are greatly mortified at the Loss of Orsova, in which was a fine Train of Artillery design'd for the Siege of Widdin last Campaign. The Turks seem determin'd to make an Attempt upon Belgrade; and it is fear'd the Imperialists will have enough to do to frustrate their Designs. Private Letters from Vienna intimate, That Prince Charles of Lorrain had been shut up in Orsova by the Turks, and that it was to preserve his Liberty that the Place surrender'd sooner than otherwise it needed to have done. The Grand Duke of Tuscany, however, is set out for the Army from Vienna ; which looks as if they yet hoped to do something this Campaign.
