LONDON, January 27.
Yesterday the Dublin mail of the 23d reached town. We learn from our correspondent, that on Thursday Napper Tandy was to be brought down to the court of King's Bench for the purpose of being identified.—It was expected that he would soon afterwards be ordered for execution; the arts of the Anti-Unionists have been too successful in Dublin with the rabble, whose minds were in a state great irritation.
