PORTSMOUTH. April 2.
LAST Monday being the annual Meeting of the Freeholders and other Inhabitants of this Town, James Clarkson, Esq; was chosen Moderator; and the following Persons to serve in the respective Offices hereafter mentioned for the ensuing Year, viz.
