Health of Boston.—The Boston Courier of Friday says:—

"We learn from a physician of extensive practice in the city, that he has not under his care a single case of Typhus Fever or Cholera Infantum, or any other of the serious diseases usually prevalent at this season of the year, and that the whole city is remarkably healthy in this respect.

"We also learn from the same gentleman, and others of the profession, that a great many of the citizens are suffering under attacks of diarrhoea, &c. complaints easily cured, which are probably caused by the warm and sultry damp weather of the last few days, as well as by indiscretion in the use of fruit and vegetables, and which in all cases, readily yield to simple prescriptions and diet."
