At its annual meeting held at New Haven the Connecticut Water Works Association re-elected as its president for the coming year Walter P. Schwabe, president of the Northern Connecticut Power Company, which owns and operates the water works in Thompsonville, Stafford Springs, Suffield and Windsor Locks. The Connecticut Water Works Association is an organization begun many years ago with the objective of producing improved service to the public by an annual exchange of ideas upon various new developments in the water supply industry.
