We have received by express, Calais, the subjoined telegraphic communication, dated Tuesday night, announcing the important fact that the whole election law was carried. 152 votes against 95; and that all remained quiet at Paris.
Calais, June 13.
"A telegraphic despatch was received here this evening, at 8 o'clock, informing us that the famous law concerning the elections has passed the chamber--152 for, 95 against. 57 in favor of ministers. "All was quiet this morning in Paris.""
