It's Not Too Late to Vote

It's better to vote early.

Some of the fellows at the primaries waited until they had to go on afternoon shift, and then they were delayed and didn't vote.

You can vote at 7 in the morning, and that's a mighty good time to do it.

But don't think it's too late if you can't make it early in the morning.

The polls are open until 8 in the evening.

And every vote counts. Not only for the election, but for the impression a big vote will make on the employers.

A big vote, regardless of the results, will make it easier to get a good contract from the managements because they will realize the strength of the UAW and the CIO in Detroit.

A vote for O'Brien for mayor, and for DOLL, FRANKENSTEEN, REUTHER, SUGAR and THOMAS for councilmen is more than a vote for good housing and the rest of the platform.

It is a vote for the entire New Deal of Pres. Roosevelt against Wall Street and the economic royalists.

It's a vote for American wage standards and working conditions on a union basis.

So be sure to vote!
