New Enterprise.

There has been a statement going the rounds of the press that skeletons were worth from $30 to $50, according to the style in which they are gotten up for the physicians' chest. It seems this announcement has stimulated the enterprise of some of our people who are at present on the qui vive for something to do, and that there is a regular company being formed, the object of which is to furnish (in the cause of science) well-dressed and scraped human organisms for the use of the medical profession. As the cemeteries are generally beyond the most thickly settled portions of the city, and many strangers are being buried in the potter's field, it has occurred to some that the operations of such a company might be carried on for some time with impunity. It certainly behooves the city authorities to look into the matter, and Mayor Brown, when sufficiently recovered from the dengue, should give it his earliest attention.
