FRANK SMITH SPEAKS

Frank M. Smith, president, St. Paul Branch, NAACP spoke Tuesday, April 17, at 9:30 a.m., to the students and faculty members of the Harding High School, 516 Earl St., St. Paul.

Mr. Smith's topic was "The NAACP".

Later the same day Mr. Smith spoke from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., at the University of Minnesota to the senior social studies class of which Professor Rogers is the instructor. A stimulating discussion of the NAACP and its structure was held. The first hour of discussion dealt with housing and the second hour with insurance.
