Weapons Released
By Circuit Judge

Two weapons, a Winchester rifle and a .44 calibre pistol, seized as evidence in the Glenalum home of George Ellis soon after he was fatally shot by John Dillon, were released yesterday by Judge Ferguson to Mrs. Dimple Ellis, widow and administratrix of the slain man.

Dillon used his own pistol in the fatal shooting of Ellis and the two weapons had been held for possible use as evidence. Dillon was convicted of second degree murder and is now serving a five to eighteen year penitentiary sentence.

Attorney Sam N. Friedberg represented Mrs. Ellis in the proceeding yesterday.
