HAMBURG, July 28.

We are just informed, that the Court of Sweden have at last deserted their best friends the French, and found it more interesting to be in alliance with their neighbours. A treaty has just been finished between the Courts of Berlin, Stockholm, and Petersburg, which is said to have been contrived by the English Ministry, and which was the cause of so many couriers passing between these Courts. It is also said, that Count Lowenhaupt has been dispatched from the King of Sweden to Moscow.
