ARIZONA CATTLEMEN

Phoenix, Ariz., Nov. 12--Cattlemen from all over the territory are arriving in Phoenix today to inspect the territorial fair and take part in the sessions of the Arizona Cattle Growers' association, opening this evening. Governor Kibbey, Chief Gifford Pinchot of the bureau of forestry, and other prominent men will address the convention. The question of the government supervision of the public range, now the greatest issue confronting western cattlemen, will again be discussed. Resolutions bearing on the subject will probably be passed and presented at the coming session of congress. The committee on railroad rates on live stock will also present an important report.
