BOSTON, October 20.
Capt. Parsons from Newfoundland, informs, that the day before he sailed from thence, a vessel arrived there in 10 days from Ireland, the master of which reported, that in consequence of orders received there from England for disarming the inhabitants, the Volunteers of Ireland, to the amount of upwards of an hundred thousand, had assembled and were determined to repel any force that should attempt to use any coercive measures: the consequences expected were dreadful. And that they were in great confusion in England.
