Dresden, May 18, N. S.

The Queen, Consort of Don Carlos, set out from hence the 17th Instant for Pilnitz, attended by the Nobility, in great Magnificence and Ceremony, where was represented an Italian Comedy, and there was afterwards a great Supper, and Firework. The 18th the Queen continued her Journey, and their Polish Majesties return'd hither. Count Collobrath, Brother-in-Law to the Count de Bruhl, is gone with the Queen as Chamberlain, and it is said that he will remain at Naples as Minister from this Court, or else continue his Journey to Madrid, to be Minister there. The King gave M. Fuenclara at parting, his Picture set with Diamonds, which is valued at 40,000 German Florins.

Count Wetern, Chamberlain, is sent to Petersburg with the News of the Marriage.

May 19, O. S. The Court has received Advice, that the Queen of the Two Sicilies, who lay the 2d Inst. at Prague, set out next Day with the Prince Royal her Brother for St. Hipolite or Polton, not far from Vienna, where She is to have an Interview with the Empress Dowager Amelia. As many Medals were distributed for Days together, on account of the Marriage, as are said to amount to the Value of about 3000 Crowns, and that the Peasants had the greatest share of them.

On one Side of those Medals a Hand is represented breaking out of the Clouds with the Crown, and placing it on two Hearts, with this Inscription; Coronam merentur. and on the Reverse there is Carolus utriusque Siciliæ Regis, Mariæ Ameliæ Regni Poloniæ Principis Sponse. Talia Dresdæ 1738. 'Twas the Prince Royal of Poland that espoused his Sister the young Queen, as Proxy for the King of the Two Sicilies.
