Teapot Dome Indictments Have Been Quashed by Supreme Court Judge

WASHINGTON, D. C., Apr. 3.-
Chief Justice McCoy, of the Supreme Court in the District of Columbia today quashed the indictments against E. L. Doheny, his son, E. L. Doheny, jr., and Albert B. Fall, charged with conspiracy concerning oil leases and ground. Oliver Pagan, special assistant attorney general and the present grand jury in their deliberations held that the Senate resolution placing the oil reserve cases in the hands of special council destroyed the right of the Attorney General to be represented in the jury room.
