A Walking Shot-Pouch.

Jerry Little, the leader of one of the rival factions in the Breathitt county (Ky.) vendetta, has evidently been shot more than any other man in the United States. His body is scarcely anything but scars. He has bullet wounds in his feet, his legs, his arms, his face, his side, his breast, his back, shoulders, head, and neck. I put my hand beneath his shirt, and felt bullets in all parts of his body. On his left side there are three that seem to be very close to the surface. One day he was going home from Jackson (about two miles distant), when he was waylaid and shot. He was taken home, when twenty-seven buckshot were taken out of his clothes, and nine of them entered his body, and are there yet. He must bear a charmed life, for it seems very strange that a man could go through what he has and not lose it. They have hit nearly every spot on him except the vital parts.—Louisville Courier-Journal.
