Hustings Court—Judge Lyons presiding.—The September term of this tribunal commenced yesterday. The Grand Jury was duly empaneled, and after being in session some time, found true bills against

Charles Murphy, for the murder of Albert, slave of Mrs Spindle, of Spottsylvania county, on the 2d of Sept.

Benj Read, for stabbing, with intent to kill, Wm. T. Somerville, on the 18th June.

Philip Gallagher, for stabbing, with intent to kill, Jas. Ford, on the 11th of August.

Fountain Rowe, for the larceny of $40, the property of Anton Silva, on the 15th June.

The Grand Jury was then discharged, and the Court adjourned until this morning.
