London, Feb. 6.—The members of the late Ministry left London for Osborne at 9:30 o'clock this morning to deliver the seals of office to the Queen, and the members of Mr. Gladstone's government proceeded to Osborne at 11:30 o'clock to receive the seals from her.
The Dublin Freeman's Journal says that the Earl of Aberdeen, who was yesterday appointed Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, will be an ornamental figurehead, and that Mr. John Morley, the Chief Secretary, will do all the work connected with the country.
