IKE REPORTED WILLING TO USE MacARTHUR'S "GENIUS"
WASHINGTON, (AP)-Sen. McCarthy (R-Wis) said Tuesday that President-elect Eisenhower would be willing to "utilize the genius" of Gen. Douglas MacArthur in Korean War.
