A New Railroad.

The Marietta branch of the Columbia & Reading railroad is finished and passenger trains were run over it for the first time yesterday. The road is between six and seven miles in length. It commences at the lower end of Marietta and connects with the Columbia & Reading road nearly equidistant between Landisville and Bruckhart's station. It will prove to be a great convenience to residents of Marietta and persons living along the line of the road. Trains leave Marietta at 7:20 a. m. and 3:30 p. m. Returning leave the new junction at 9:15 a. m. and 5:01 p. m. making close connections with trains on the main road
